- You are 17 years or older.
- You have a kidney stone up to 2.5 cm (about 1 inch) in size.
- You do not currently have a ureteral stent (a small tube in your ureter).
- You have not had previous open kidney surgery or kidney trauma.
- You do not have any kidney shape abnormalities.
- You do not have an active or untreated urinary tract infection (UTI).
