  • You were a former college or professional football player with many years of play.
  • You are a healthy adult with no history of brain injury or psychiatric problems.
  • You have mild memory or thinking problems and a positive test for amyloid (a protein linked to Alzheimer's).
  • You can travel to one of five study sites for visits.
  • You have a friend or family member who can answer questions about you and visit with you regularly.
  • You are willing to have an MRI and possibly a PET scan.
