Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD), or anti-MOG disease for at least 2 years.
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You speak English fluently.
- You are not visually impaired (hearing aids or closed captions are fine).
- You do not have severe depression (score of 11 or higher on a depression test) or other mental health issues that would make it hard to talk about palliative care.
