  • You are between 18 and 45 years old
  • You are pregnant with one baby (not twins or more)
  • Your baby has no known major health problems or growth issues
  • You plan to deliver at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital or Carilion New River Valley Medical Center
  • You have already had your anatomy ultrasound
  • You speak English or Spanish and have stable housing and transportation
