- You are between 18 and 45 years old
- You are pregnant with one baby (not twins or more)
- Your baby has no known major health problems or growth issues
- You plan to deliver at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital or Carilion New River Valley Medical Center
- You have already had your anatomy ultrasound
- You speak English or Spanish and have stable housing and transportation
