Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You are a healthy male or female.
  • You have not done any resistance training (like weight lifting) for at least 6 months.
  • You are right-hand dominant (prefer using your right hand for most tasks).
  • You have no past injury to the biceps muscle.
  • You do not have heart disease or take blood pressure medication.
