Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage 3 or 4, confirmed by a blood test called eGFR.
  • Your kidney condition has been stable recently, with no recent hospital stays for sudden kidney problems or other serious illnesses.
  • You are not currently taking any probiotic supplements or prebiotic products.
  • You are willing to follow study instructions, attend clinic visits, and provide blood or urine samples.
