Who can take part

  • You had ACL reconstruction surgery using a hamstring tendon graft (not a patellar tendon graft, not a donor graft).
  • You are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • Your ACL injury happened from a non-contact event (like twisting or landing, not from being hit by someone).
  • You were active in sports or high-level activities before the injury (Tegner score above 5).
  • You attended your post-surgery rehab regularly, missing no more than 3 sessions.
