  • You have gone through menopause (no period for at least 12 months, or 6 months with a blood test).
  • You have moderate to severe menopause symptoms (a Greene score of 15 or higher).
  • You have not used hormone therapy, herbal remedies, or acupuncture in the past 3 months.
  • You do not have uncontrolled thyroid problems, a major mental health condition, addiction to opioids or alcohol, glaucoma, or liver disease.
  • You are not taking antidepressants, benzodiazepines, or other medications that affect the nervous system.
  • You are not allergic to any ingredients in the study product.
