Perioperative sunvozertinib for stage II-IIIB NSCLC with EGFR exon 20 insertion

NSCLC

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This trial tests the drug sunvozertinib before and after surgery for non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific EGFR mutation (exon 20 insertion). It aims to see if the drug can help shrink tumors and improve outcomes for patients whose cancer is at stage II, IIIA, or IIIB.

Combination pills for EGFR-mutant lung cancer after pill failure

This trial tests a combination of two oral targeted pills for people with a specific EGFR-mutated lung cancer that has progressed after prior targeted therapy. It explores whether adding a second drug (Anlotinib) can overcome resistance.

NCT06355609Recruiting· Phase 2
Targeted therapy for advanced EGFR-mutant lung cancer

This trial tests a combination of two targeted pills (sunvozertinib and anlotinib) as a first treatment for people with advanced lung cancer that has a specific EGFR mutation. It aims to see if this combination works better than current standard treatments.

Sunvozertinib plus anlotinib for first-line EGFR-mutant lung cancer

This trial tests a combination of two oral drugs (sunvozertinib and anlotinib) as a first treatment for advanced lung cancer with certain EGFR mutations plus other gene changes. It aims to see if this combination works better than standard treatments.

NCT07182682Recruiting· Phase 3
Sunvozertinib after surgery for early-stage NSCLC with certain EGFR mutations

This trial tests the drug sunvozertinib given after surgery to see if it prevents lung cancer from coming back. It is for people with early-stage non-small cell lung cancer that has specific changes in the EGFR gene (exon20 insertion or PACC mutations).

NCT07117890Recruiting· Phase 2
Sunvozertinib for untreated NSCLC with EGFR rare mutations

This trial tests a drug called sunvozertinib in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has not been treated yet. It is for those who have certain uncommon changes in the EGFR gene. The drug may shrink tumors or stop them from growing.

Sunvozertinib for advanced EGFR-mutant lung cancer

This study tests a new targeted therapy, sunvozertinib, for people with a specific type of advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has an EGFR mutation and has stopped responding to previous treatments. It may be an option if you have already tried chemotherapy and an EGFR-targeting drug.
