Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is not squamous type.
  • Your cancer has an uncommon change (mutation) in the EGFR gene, but not the common ones like exon 19 deletion, L858R, T790M, or exon 20 insertions.
  • You have not had any prior cancer treatment for advanced disease.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (according to RECIST 1.1).
  • You are expected to live at least 12 more weeks.
