Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You had surgery to completely remove early-stage (IB, II, or IIIA) non-small cell lung cancer and no cancer left behind.
- Your lung cancer has a specific EGFR change (exon20 insertion or PACC mutation).
- You are healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have recovered from surgery and any chemotherapy (except hair loss or mild nerve tingling).
- You have not had radiation therapy for this lung cancer before.
- You have not taken any EGFR-targeted pills like osimertinib for this lung cancer before.
