Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with systemic sclerosis (scleroderma) by a doctor.
  • You have pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a type of high blood pressure in the lungs.
  • You can understand and follow study instructions, including filling out online questionnaires.
  • You have internet access and are comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
  • You are able to walk safely (with or without a walking aid) and have not had recent surgery, heart attack, or stroke in the last 8 weeks.
  • You do not have severe organ damage (like advanced heart, kidney, or lung disease), active cancer, or uncontrolled blood pressure or heart rate.
