Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with systemic sclerosis (scleroderma) and have a positive ANA test.
  • You experience fatigue that scores at least 55 on a standard fatigue questionnaire.
  • You have Raynaud's phenomenon with a severity score of 40 or higher.
  • You have a smartphone (iPhone or Android) and use it regularly.
  • You are willing to keep your current medications stable for 4 weeks before starting the trial.
