Exercise with or without bracing for office workers with kyphosis

Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with postural kyphosis (not a structural spine problem).
  • You are between 30 and 45 years old.
  • You have had upper back or neck pain for at least three months.
  • You sit at work for 6 or more hours every day.
  • You have not had spinal surgery, severe scoliosis, or other major spine problems.
  • You are not currently in a physical therapy program or using a posture brace.
