  • You are a mother or father aged 16 or older.
  • You have a live baby less than 3 months old and are registered with the health visitor service in Tower Hamlets.
  • You agree that you would like to receive advice about money.
  • You can give informed consent and are willing to fill out questionnaires.
  • You are not currently involved in any safeguarding concerns.
  • You do not have a learning difficulty that affects your ability to consent, and your baby does not have serious medical complications (like being in a neonatal unit).
