Who can take part

  • You are at least 35 years old
  • You have a BMI of 25 or higher
  • Your blood sugar was between 5.6 and 6.9 mmol/L before or early in pregnancy
  • You had a large baby (fetal macrosomia) in a past pregnancy
  • You had gestational diabetes in a past pregnancy
  • You have a parent, sibling, or child with diabetes
