Who can take part
- You must be 18 to 75 years old.
- You must have a type of head and neck cancer (not nasopharyngeal cancer) that has come back or spread, and it must be measurable on a scan.
- Your cancer must have gotten worse within 6 months after your first treatment (which included platinum chemo or an immunotherapy drug).
- You must not be able to have surgery to remove the cancer (or you choose not to have it).
- You need to have good organ function (like liver, kidneys, and blood counts) and be in fair overall health (ECOG score 0-2).
