This study looks at how pulse field ablation (a heart procedure for irregular heartbeats) affects pressure inside the belly. If you have atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter and are planning to have this procedure, your participation may help doctors understand how to make it safer.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter and are scheduled for pulse field ablation (a procedure that uses electrical pulses to treat irregular heartbeats).
- You can safely have a Foley catheter (a soft tube placed in your bladder) to measure pressure inside your belly.
- You have not had any surgery inside your belly area in the last 6 months.
- You do not have a history of prostate problems (like an enlarged prostate), frequent urinary tract infections, or other issues that would prevent catheter use.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you do not have COPD that requires oxygen at home.
