- You have atrial fibrillation that comes and goes on its own (paroxysmal AFib).
- You have never had a procedure in the left upper chamber of your heart to treat AFib before.
- You do not have a device in your left atrial appendage (like a Watchman or Lariat).
- You are able to have general anesthesia (be put completely to sleep) for the procedure.
- You are 80 years old or younger.
- Your left atrium is not significantly enlarged (based on an ultrasound).
