This study looks at how well targeted therapies work for people with colorectal cancer who have minimal residual disease (MRD, tiny amounts of cancer left after treatment) detected by a blood test. It is for people who have a specific genetic change (biomarker) in their tumor and have not been treated with the targeted therapy for that biomarker before.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer that has spread to nearby tissues or further (stage 2-4), but there is no clear sign of cancer on imaging after treatment.
- You have one of these genetic changes in your tumor: BRAF V600E, KRAS G12C, MSI-H (a type of DNA repair problem), or HER2 amplification.
- You have a positive ctDNA blood test (a test that finds tiny cancer DNA in your blood) taken at least 21 days after surgery or after finishing your last adjuvant therapy (chemo after surgery).
- You have not already received treatment with the targeted therapy for your specific genetic change (like BRAF inhibitors, KRAS G12C inhibitors, immunotherapy for MSI-H, or HER2 therapies).
- You do not have another cancer that needs active treatment right now.
