Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older, with colorectal cancer that has spread to other organs.
  • You need to be in reasonably good health (able to do daily activities without much trouble).
  • You must have tried at least one previous treatment that didn't work or caused bad side effects.
  • You need results from a genetic test that shows your tumor's gene type (like RAS/RAF mutations or MSI status).
  • Your kidney, liver, heart, and blood counts must meet certain safety levels.
  • You cannot have had certain drugs for this cancer before (like EGFR or MEK inhibitors).
