  • You are 20 years or older.
  • You have a wound on your leg or foot due to severe blockage in the leg arteries.
  • Your doctors have said that standard procedures like angioplasty or stenting are not possible for you.
  • The wound is between 1 cm x 1 cm and 3 cm x 3 cm in size.
  • You have not taken blood thinners (like aspirin or ibuprofen) for at least 7 days before starting the trial.
