Lighter chemo for early-stage triple-negative breast cancer with high immune cells

This trial tests a less intense chemotherapy regimen (without one of the standard drugs) combined with immunotherapy for people with early-stage triple-negative breast cancer whose tumors have a high level of immune cells (TILs). The goal is to see if this approach is effective while reducing side effects.

Timing of pembrolizumab infusions for triple-negative breast cancer

This trial looks at how the timing of pembrolizumab (an immunotherapy) infusions affects how well it works against triple-negative breast cancer when given before surgery along with chemotherapy. The goal is to learn if giving the infusion at a certain time of day improves treatment results.
