Who can take part

  • You are a parent or guardian of a baby born or adopted in the last 2 years, or you are expecting a baby (as the birthing parent or partner).
  • You have been feeling depressed or anxious and want help managing these feelings.
  • You are 18 or older (or 16 or older and legally considered a mature minor in Saskatchewan).
  • You are willing to learn skills to manage your mental health and take part in the research.
  • You live in Saskatchewan, Canada.
  • You can read and understand English.
