This trial tests an internet-based therapy program to help students with depression or anxiety. If you qualify, you’ll complete online sessions and assessments to see whether the program helps with symptoms and how long you prefer to use it.

Who can take part
- You are a full-time or registered post-secondary student in Saskatchewan
- You are older than 18
- You have signs of depression and/or anxiety on a questionnaire (PHQ-9 or GAD-7 score of 5 or higher)
- You can use a computer and the internet and feel comfortable doing so
- You have not had a high risk of suicide or mental health hospitalization in the past 12 months
- You do not have unmanaged alcohol or drug problems and your major mental health conditions are stable (for example, no untreated psychosis or mania)
