Sintilimab plus chemo for elderly advanced lung cancer

Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This trial tests a combination of the immunotherapy drug sintilimab plus standard chemotherapy (platinum-based doublet) as the first treatment for older adults (60–80) with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that does not have certain gene mutations. The goal is to see if this approach works better than chemotherapy alone.
