Who can take part

  • You identify as Latino or Hispanic
  • You are 50 years old or older
  • You have heart disease or at least one risk factor (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, obesity, smoking, or family history of heart disease)
  • You currently do less than 90 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity per week
  • You can understand Spanish
  • You have Wi-Fi access at home
  • You do not have uncontrolled diabetes, high blood pressure, or thyroid disease
  • You do not have a muscle, bone, heart, lung, or nerve condition that makes moderate exercise unsafe
