Who can take part

  • You had a stroke (either from a clot or bleeding) at least 6 months ago.
  • Your affected arm is weak but not completely paralyzed (you have some movement).
  • Your wrist and hand are not too stiff to straighten out.
  • You don't have other serious arm problems like arthritis, nerve damage, or recent injury on the same side.
