This study tests whether a robot-assisted therapy program can help people recover arm and hand movement after a recent stroke. If you had a stroke less than 3 months ago and have some weakness in your arm but can still move it a little, this trial may help you regain function.

Who can take part
- You had a stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic) within the last 3 months
- You have some weakness in your arm, hand, or fingers on one side
- You can still move your weak thumb, fingers, or wrist at least a little bit
- You are between 18 and 90 years old
- You do not have another serious neurological condition that affects your arm
- You have not had Botox in your weak arm in the last 2 months
