Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a type of cancer called neuroendocrine carcinoma that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- You are willing to provide a tumor sample (either a new biopsy or an archived one).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 3 months.
- You have not had certain other cancers or treatments that would rule you out (e.g., recent brain metastases, prior similar drug, recent major surgery, or lung problems).
