Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have stage 4 colorectal cancer that is MSS or pMMR type (a lab test will confirm this).
  • You have not had any chemotherapy or other systemic treatment for advanced cancer before, though prior treatment before surgery is okay if it's been over 12 months.
  • You are in generally good health, able to care for yourself, and have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You have no active infections, heart problems, or major bleeding risks.
  • You agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
