Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • Your body fat percentage is above normal: over 20% for men, over 28% for women.
  • You have a large amount of deep belly fat (visceral fat area greater than 100 cm²).
  • You are not currently taking weight-loss medications, insulin sensitizers, or most supplements that affect fat or gut bacteria.
  • You do not have serious digestive problems, heart disease, cancer, or other major illnesses listed in the criteria.
