Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) based on standard criteria.
- You have tried at least one strong steroid treatment and at least one biologic drug (like rituximab or belimumab) for at least 2 months, but your lupus is still active or came back.
- Your lupus disease activity score is 8 or higher on a scale called SLEDAI-2000.
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- Your blood counts and organ function (like kidneys, liver, and heart) are within a safe range for this therapy.
