Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You had a spinal cord injury within the last week.
  • A doctor has found that your injury caused loss of feeling or movement (sensory-motor deficit).
  • You do not have any metal implants, pacemaker, or other reason that makes an MRI unsafe.
  • You do not have a history of thinking or memory problems before the injury.
  • You are able to give your own consent and are not under legal protection.
