Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have gum recession between teeth that is classified as Class I (only the gum has pulled back, not the bone).
- You don't have any medical condition that could slow healing, like diabetes or an immune disorder.
- The distance from where your teeth touch down to the bone is between 5 and 7 mm.
- Both teeth next to the gap are present.
- You are willing to keep your mouth very clean and follow instructions.
- You do not smoke.
- You are not pregnant.
- You do not have active gum disease, tooth crowding/spacing, or nearby cavities or fillings.
- You do not have braces, a fixed bridge, or a denture in the area.
