Firmonertinib with chemo before lung cancer surgery

Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This trial tests a targeted pill (Firmonertinib) combined with chemotherapy before surgery for people with early to mid-stage non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific EGFR mutation. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink the tumor and improve outcomes.

Furmonertinib after surgery for EGFR 20 insertion lung cancer

Testing firmonertinib for a type of lung cancer with rare EGFR mutations

This trial tests a new drug, firmonertinib, against other EGFR inhibitors as a first treatment for advanced lung cancer that has specific rare EGFR mutations (PACC mutations). It is for people who haven't had other treatments for their advanced cancer.

NCT05445310Recruiting· Phase 2
Taking furmonertinib after lung surgery for high-risk EGFR cancer

This Phase 2 trial studies whether furmonertinib can lower the risk of lung cancer coming back after surgery in certain early-stage lung cancers. You must have EGFR mutations and specific higher-risk features seen on the tumor’s pathology.

NCT07517640Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
Furmonertinib plus local therapy for early-stage lung cancer

This trial tests whether combining an EGFR-targeting drug (furmonertinib) with either ablation or radiation therapy can help patients with early-stage lung cancer who cannot have surgery or choose not to. The goal is to see if this combination approach works better than treatment alone.
