  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have had a heart attack in the past and have ischemic heart disease
  • Your heart's pumping strength is at least 20% (measured recently)
  • You have had a certain type of fast heart rhythm (monomorphic VT) that has happened more than once or despite medications or ICD therapy
  • You are willing to follow the study plan and visit schedule
