Who can take part

  • You must have a solid tumor with a change in the RAS gene (confirmed by a lab test).
  • Your tumor must have grown or you must be unable to tolerate standard treatments.
  • You must be well enough to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your organs (like liver and kidneys) must be working well enough.
  • You cannot have active or untreated brain tumors, unless they have been treated and are stable.
  • You cannot have serious stomach or bowel problems that affect swallowing or absorbing pills.
