Who can take part
- Your cancer must have a specific change in the KRAS gene called G12C (confirmed by a special lab test).
- You must have pancreatic cancer or another solid tumor (except lung or colorectal cancer) that is advanced and cannot be removed by surgery, or that has spread.
- If you have pancreatic cancer, you must have already tried gemcitabine or FOLFIRINOX (or similar chemo) and it stopped working or you couldn't tolerate it. For other cancers, you must have tried at least one standard treatment.
- You cannot have taken any other KRAS G12C inhibitor drug before (e.g., sotorasib or adagrasib).
- You must not have a history of certain serious lung diseases or uncontrolled fluid buildup in the chest or belly.
- Your heart's electrical activity (EKG) must be within normal range, and you must not be taking certain heart medicines that could cause dangerous rhythm problems.
