This study looks at how fetal kidney swelling (hydronephrosis) relates to pregnancy diabetes and pregnancy outcomes. If you have a single baby with or without kidney swelling and with or without pregnancy diabetes, you may be able to join.

Who can take part
- You are pregnant with one baby (not twins).
- Your baby may have mild, moderate, or severe kidney swelling (seen on ultrasound).
- You may or may not have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes (pregnancy-related diabetes).
- You have had at least one prenatal ultrasound at this hospital's clinic.
- You have been tested for gestational diabetes.
- Your baby does not have other major birth defects or genetic conditions.
