Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer that has not been treated with chemotherapy or other systemic drugs (except some past treatments that ended at least 6 months ago).
- You have a tumor sample from a prior biopsy or are willing to have a new biopsy before starting.
- Your blood counts, kidney function, and liver function are within certain acceptable ranges.
- You are able to care for yourself (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
- You are not pregnant, not breastfeeding, and agree to use effective birth control during and for 9 months after treatment.
