Who can take part

  • You had cataract surgery at least one month ago.
  • Your cornea is clear and your astigmatism is more than 3 diopters (a measure of blur).
  • You have not had any other eye surgeries besides cataract surgery.
  • You have not had an eye injury or other surgery inside the eye.
  • Your cornea is not thin or scarred.
  • You do not have other serious eye diseases (like advanced diabetes-related eye damage or age-related vision loss).
