Engineered immune cells for advanced solid tumors with KRAS G12V mutation
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Digestive system, Hormones & metabolism clinical trials.
This trial tests a new treatment made from your own immune cells that are specially trained to attack cancer cells with a specific mutation called KRAS G12V. It is for people with advanced solid tumors who have run out of standard options.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have a specific immune system marker called HLA-A*11:01
- Your tumor has a KRAS G12V mutation
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans
- You are physically active (ECOG 0-1) and expected to live more than 3 months
- You have not had certain treatments recently, and you do not have severe autoimmune disease or active infections

This trial tests an experimental treatment that uses your own immune cells (T cells) that have been specially changed to attack cancer cells with a certain genetic mutation (KRAS G12D). It may be an option for people with advanced cancer that has not responded to standard treatments.
This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (TCR-T) designed to attack cancer cells with a specific KRAS mutation. It may be an option for people with advanced solid tumors who have run out of standard treatments.
This Phase 1/2 study tests a lab-made immune cell (T-cell) treatment that targets a specific KRAS mutation (G12V) found in some pancreatic cancers. It may help shrink tumors or control cancer growth after standard treatment, and it mainly focuses on safety and early effectiveness.
This trial tests an experimental cell therapy that uses your own immune cells to attack cancers with a specific gene change (KRAS G12V). It may be an option if other treatments haven't worked.
This trial tests a new treatment called IX001 TCR-T cells, which are specially designed immune cells that target a specific mutation (KRAS G12V) found in some pancreatic cancers. It is for people whose cancer has not been controlled by standard chemotherapy.
This trial tests a new pill (LY3962673) for people whose cancer has a specific DNA change called KRAS G12D. The drug aims to block the faulty protein that helps the cancer grow, and the study will look at safety and whether the tumor shrinks.
