Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer that can be removed with surgery or is borderline removable.
- Your tumor has one of seven specific gene changes (KRAS mutations) — your doctor can check this for you.
- You have not received more than 4 rounds of a specific chemotherapy called mFOLFIRINOX before starting this trial.
- You are at least 18 years old, feeling well enough to do your daily activities (ECOG 0–1), and your organs (kidneys, liver, blood counts) are working within safe limits.
- You do not have active infections, severe autoimmune diseases, or a history of certain prior immune treatments.
