  • You are pregnant with one baby (not twins or more).
  • You have been fasting for at least 10 days.
  • You are between 24 and 34 weeks pregnant.
  • Your pregnancy is without complications.
  • You do not have conditions like diabetes or high blood pressure that would make fasting unsafe.
