Who can take part

  • Diagnosed with ADPKD and your kidney cysts are in classes 1C, 1D, or 1E on a specific Mayo Clinic scan.
  • Your kidney function (eGFR) is between 30 and 90 mL/min/1.73 m².
  • Not currently taking any other treatments for ADPKD that are not approved or involved lifestyle changes.
  • No other serious medical conditions that would make the study unsafe.
