Who can take part

  • You are between 20 and 30 weeks of pregnancy.
  • You are not carrying more than one baby (like twins).
  • You have not had any of these problems: early water breaking, womb infection, placenta separating, severe growth issues in baby, birth defects, preeclampsia, low amniotic fluid, or diabetes during this pregnancy.
