Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older with liver cancer that is advanced or has spread within the liver.
  • Your cancer has not been treated with systemic therapy or liver artery chemo before.
  • You have good liver function (Child-Pugh A) and are in fair general health (ECOG 0-1).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured by scan, and your blood counts and kidney function are within certain limits.
  • You agree to use effective birth control if needed, and you do not have active hepatitis, HIV, or other serious health issues.
