Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You have advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer
- Your cancer has an ALK gene change (confirmed by a special test)
- You started lorlatinib as your first treatment for advanced lung cancer, between April 2023 and April 2027
- Your cancer has gotten worse while on lorlatinib, and this was confirmed within the last 2 weeks
