Who can take part

  • You are 65 years or older and have type 2 diabetes.
  • You have low confidence using health websites or apps (eHealth literacy score 29 or below).
  • You do not have serious untreated medical problems.
  • You are able to think clearly (score 24 or higher on a memory test).
  • You are not feeling severely depressed (score less than 2 on a depression scale).
  • You have not had a heart attack or stroke in the last 6 months, and you do not have conditions that severely limit walking or balance.
